The project execution shall also require resource drawn from both ACCFIN Family and ‘The client’ and shall be in the following Breakdown:

  • Labour (Human Resource input)
  • Equipment needed ( Servers, PCs, Network infrastructure)
  • Materials (include stationery, printing materials etc.)

The project execution plan shall help us in meeting the expectations and shall be in the following Work Breakdown Structure (WBS):

  • Phases in the Project
  • Activities
  • Tasks
